Dipple Tipple & Co Ltd is the controller for the personal information we process, unless otherwise stated.

All personal data that we collect is shared with our marketing agency and other business service providers, who act as processors, handling your data according to our instructions.

We hope that we can satisfy any queries you may have about the way we process your data. However, if you have unresolved concerns you also have the right to complain to data protection authorities (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office). You have the right to object to processing if we are able to process your information in our legitimate interests. We will stop processing your personal data unless we have compelling reasons which override your interests.

This only applies to information you have given us. You have the right to ask that we transfer the information you gave us from one organisation to another, or give it to you. If you’ve accepted tracking we build a profile around your email address. Your profile allows us to track purchases and behaviour on our website to send you more relevant information about our products and offers.

Dipple Tipple & Co does not collect or process any of your payment card details. These are processed on our behalf by Square.
